During this course you will receive both group and individual support in order to help you learn more about meditation and mindfulness within a family setting, so ideal if you are looking for ways to de-stress after the children have gone to bed.
Mindful meditation is a way for us to become more aware of our thoughts and feelings so that we are better able to cope when we are feeling stressed or anxious.
During this course topics you may explore include:
- How mindfulness meditation can help you to sleep better, enjoy life more, feel more grateful, feel more peaceful and recognise and achieve your goals
- How you can reduce your anxiety and stress levels by practising regularly and developing healthy mindful meditation habits.
- How you can share some skills with your children and help them feel less anxious and more relaxed and happy
This course is participative, and includes information giving, demonstration, discussion and practice together. You will be invited to take an active part in the sessions. Mindful meditation can have a very positive impact on how you enjoy your life and meet your goals. It offers an avenue for creative pursuits, improving your health and wellbeing.
