What the course is about

Summer Holidays should be the time when everyone has a good time. School is out for the Summer, the sun shines, everyone is happy… this year may be different. The restrictions of the pandemic have affected everyone and being at home from school isn’t much of a novelty, after several weeks of lockdown.

This course will offer you some great tips on not just surviving the summer but thriving too. Learn some great activities that give the family a chance to enjoy time together, to bond and above all survive!

There will be some coaching models embedded in the learning and this will help you manage expectations and behaviour, as well as making the most out of free technology, healthy cooking and eating and exploring the outdoors.

Some of the skills you gain on this course could help increase your opportunities for employment or working within the community. Learning takes place in a friendly classroom setting, which is a great place for social interaction and helping you meet new people.

All our courses are made up of elements of speaking & listening, reading and writing, and you will work using these elements throughout the course.

Practice at home and completion of homework is advisable to enhance your learning experience.
