Centre:Kings Park

This is a great practical creative arts course in which you will design and make your own festive decoration in a relaxing and supportive class.

What the course is about

During this course you will receive both group and individual support in experiment with Eco Resin, as a medium, to make an unique festive decoration that you can use at home or gift to a friend or family member.

We will use an environmentally friendly resin, non-toxic, water activated casting powder with no harsh chemicals or solvents.

We will have a selection of pre-formed moulds for you to use as well as having the chance to create your own mould design that you will be able to take home and recreate your unique design for multiple uses. You will create a small, beautiful festive decoration that you can hang at home or gift.

The various stages may include some of the following

  • Creating the mould, or selecting a pre-formed mould

  • Designing your piece including colour, texture and design

  • Mixing, colouring and making resin to make your item in a mould

All our courses are made up of elements of speaking & listening, reading and writing, and you will work using these elements throughout the course.
