During this course you will receive both group and individual support in order to help you learn more about self-defence techniques.
Self -defence is made up of a variety of practical elements of martial arts. These elements can be combined in any way for you to improve and develop your own style of self-defence. Contributions from Chinese martial arts, Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Thai Boxing and Boxing can be found within these sessions.
During this course an experienced tutor will guide and support you while you develop the art of Self-defence.
In a relaxed environment, this course can help you to improve your:
Physical and mental balance
The skills learned within these sessions will equip the learner to be able to practically defend or disperse violent situations, some of the techniques learned here are potentially dangerous, therefore it is always a last resort. These sessions will be taught in a way that is accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Practice at home and completion of homework is advisable to enhance your learning experience.
