This five-week course will start by looking at a healthy diet and what that entails.
During the course we'll look at why a healthy diet might be valuable, and how you personally might benefit.
We will explore what might be stopping you from eating a more healthy diet, and how these difficulties can be overcome. Working together to consider solutions, you will then get a chance to give them a go. Your tutor will also ensure you look at ways to keep going once the course has finished. This course will be friendly and supportive and will include group discussions for you to share experiences and learning throughout.
Practice at home is advisable to enhance your learning experience.
All our courses are made up of elements of speaking & listening, reading and writing, and you will work using these elements throughout the course.
Some of the skills you gain on this course could help increase your opportunities for employment or working within the community. Learning takes place in a friendly setting, which is a great place for social interaction and helping you meet new people.
