Sector-based Work Academy Programmes
We are working, in partnership with Job Centre Plus and local employers, to provide the governments, Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs for short). They are a short course of 21 hours usually spread over 2-3 weeks. Each one is tailored to an employer and their job vacancies; the employer will shortlist and interview from those attending.
If you are unemployed and interested in joining a SWAP, please contact your nearest Job Centre Plus.
If you are an employer with a job vacancy and would like some support recruiting, please contact us.
