We can offer a range of courses to help you develop knowledge and skills with the aim of preparing you for work or a volunteer role in the sector.
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Academy offers a range of courses which are beneficial to people supporting others, managers looking after their staff and those wanting to start exploring working within mental health.
This qualification will allow you to use your current skills, knowledge and experience as a starting point for further development of the skills and knowledge required to successfully undertake your current, or new, Health & Social Care job role.
As a progression on from NCFE CACHE Level 2 Diploma in Care, learners can now apply for NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care. This qualification develops the knowledge and skills needed when working in a lead adult care worker role in care settings.

If you know that gaining a qualification will help you secure employment or enable you to progress within this sector, we offer a range of sector specific Level 2 Certificates and Level 2 & 3 Diplomas which are recognised by employers. English and maths qualifications at Level 2 will also help you to work in this sector.
If you are receiving JSA, ESA (WRAG), Lone Parent Income Support (WRA) or Universal Credit (Mandated Skills Training Only), you will be eligible for a fully funded course. If you are unemployed, either looking for work in the future, and are in receipt of any other state benefit, you may be eligible for a fully funded course.
If you are thinking of enrolling on a Level 3 or 4 Certificate or Diploma course you may be able to pay for it by using an Advanced Learner Loan.
