Our dedicated learning support team can work with you to help ensure you have everything you need to succeed. We can offer:

Please let us know about any additional support you may need as soon as possible to help us ensure you get it on time. For more advice on support we can offer, please refer to your learner handbook.

Financial support & concessionary fees

We may be able to support you with travel and child care costs, please contact our customer service team for more details (criteria applies).

Concessionary fees courses are for learners in receipt of certain benefits, or holders of an Access to Leisure and Learning Card. For our full list of concessionary eligibility requirements, please check our finance page. If you’d like to enrol on a course with concessionary fees applicable, please head to our course search and select ‘concessionary fees’ to only see those where it applies.

In addition to concessionary fees, we also offer reduced fees on many of our courses. This depends on many factors, which could include what the course is, any benefits you receive and your income. Check our finance page to see what you could qualify for.
