Living Well

Living Well

Our Living Well PLUS courses are open to anyone who may be experiencing mild to moderate low mood, anxiety or depression and who would like to learn something new and meet new people in an informal, supportive environment. You don’t need to be referred, you can simply contact us and enrol.

There are no restrictions on how many courses you can enrol on or where you attend them.  They are 5 weeks long, cost only £23.00 and range from Write Well to Have fun with Flowers. Please click here for more information.


Managing Stress and Anxiety 

Our Developing Work Skills programme (DWSP) focus on managing everyday stress and anxiety in a welcoming and friendly environment. The course is designed to support you explore different ways that you can manage everyday stress and anxiety.
