Our Livingwell courses are designed to help you gain more knowledge about your wellbeing and how you can better manage it while gaining new skills.
All Livingwell courses are FREE of charge to all learners and subsidised by Government funding to help benefit the wellbeing and health of all communities in Dorset. Everyone of all ages and abilities are welcome on these courses.
What is a Livingwell course?
Our Livingwell courses are designed to help you to gain more knowledge about your wellbeing and how you can better manage it while gaining new skills. Our LivingWell courses cover a variety of different subjects aimed at supporting you to improve your health and wellbeing including, Arts & Crafts, Computing and Digital Skills, Creative Writing, Fitness. Flower Crafts and wellbeing and mindfulness courses.
Why take a Livingwell course?
Our Livingwell courses can help you to gain new skills while also helping to improve your wellbeing as our courses can help you improve your physical and mental health by giving you the opportunity to better understand yourself, reduce stress and develop healthy coping mechanisms for difficult emotions. Livingwell courses are also a great way to meet new people and make friends.
How long are these courses?
These courses run from 4-8 weeks depending on the subject you choose to study.

On a Livingwell course you will learn new skills and how to improve your mental health and wellbeing through mindfulness, meditation, and other techniques.
