Connect to Work supports people across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, and Dorset who are finding it hard to get into work—or stay in work. Everyone’s journey is different, and we’re here to help you move forward. Whether you’re managing health issues, caring responsibilities, or just need a bit of extra support, this voluntary programme focuses on your goals, strengths, and future.

Funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Connect to Work helps individuals overcome barriers to employment and move closer to meaningful, sustainable work. It also provides support for those already in work but at risk of losing their job, helping them stay confident, secure, and supported in their role.
