Blandford Adult Learning Centre is located just off Wimborne Road and is close to Blandford town centre. Next to a primary school, this venue is home to many of our courses from English and Maths to wellbeing and arts. This venue is operated by us. Refreshments
At Blandford ALC, there is a drinks machine dispensing hot drinks. There is also free cold water available. Further refreshments can be purchased in the town centre which is a 5 – 10 minutes walk away.
Disability / Access Information
As you enter the site from the main road the entrance to the centre is on the right hand side of the building up a sloping path. The door is on a sensor and opens automatically. All accommodation is on the ground floor and can be accessed by people with mobility difficulties.
Other Details
There is some parking available on site. If the car park is full, there is a large lay-by on the main road just along from the entrance gates, otherwise parking is available in one of the nearby side streets. The nearest car park is Langton Road Car Park on the entrance to the town and this is a pay and display car park 5 minute walk away.
