How It Works
We use a proven approach called Supported Employment.
- We help you find a job that suits you
- We support you while you learn the ropes
- We stick with you to make sure things go smoothly
This is a voluntary programme.
That means:
- You choose to take part
- You can leave at any time
- We’ll always ask for your consent before sharing any information
We’re here to support you, not pressure you. Everything is done with you, not to you.
