Comments and Complaints
At Skills & Learning, we follow Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council’s Complaints Policy. Complaints give us a chance to gather valuable feedback and also provide an opportunity to put things right if something has gone wrong. We use this information to learn from learners’ experiences and improve our services.
If you have a complaint, please email enquiries@salbcp.com in the first instance. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive and acknowledgment of your complaint, which will include a summary of the issues raised and an explanaition of what will happen next. Please note: We use BCP’s Complaints Policy for both BCP and Dorset residents.
If you wish to raise a query about an admission process or outcome, or exam/assessment arrangements and/or outcomes, you should first raise this through our appeals procedure. Please email enquiries@salbcp.com in the first instance and you will be directed to the appropriate next steps.
